  • Short CV: I graduated in Clinical Engineering in May 2024, developing a strong academic background in biomedical technologies and their applications in healthcare. In September of the same year, I started my Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, further expanding my knowledge in the technological and engineering aspects of the biomedical field.During my Master’s studies, I also had the opportunity to spend an Erasmus exchange period at ISEP – Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. I am currently completing my Master’s degree and working on my thesis in the field of Radiation Physics. My research focuses on the dosimetric characterization of a prototype C-band FLASH linear accelerator (LINAC) designed to deliver 24 MeV electron beams. This work involves the study and evaluation of the accelerator’s dosimetric performance through Monte Carlo simulations, aimed at predicting and characterizing the behavior of the electron beam. The ultimate goal is to compare the simulation results with experimental dosimetric measurements that will be carried out at Sapienza University of Rome, in order to assess the agreement between the simulated and measured performance of the accelerator
